As some stores offer "free shipping" but their prices are inflated, as the delivery cost is included in their prices. We prefer that our customer's receive the lowest prices possible on their furniture and know their actual shipping fees upfront.

We use only Fully Insured Furniture In-Home Delivery Companies, because we strive to keep your shipping cost the lowest the market will bear, and to offer you the very best in home delivery and set up. White Glove shipping thoroughly inspects the items to assure that they are in deliverable condition before providing in home set up of your furniture. Note: Safety and environmental regulations prevent the carrier from transporting used packaging materials; as a result, delivery personnel are unable to remove and transport the cartons, crates or other packaging in which you’re ordered item(s) were delivered. The shipper will place all packaging in the location you specify at your home.

Furniture requires Special Handling to ensure that damages do not occur, this is the reason we prefer in-home delivery, which may take a little longer and cost a little extra, but your furniture is cared for by professionals and you are given the ability to inspect your furniture at the time of delivery.

Delivery dates are estimated in good faith, but are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are subject to variations due to manufacturers' production schedules, market conditions, weather, etc. The shipping company will contact you in advance of delivery to schedule a delivery time.
