The two men who arrived to deliver my furniture had been stuck on a highway for hours due to the snowstorm in the northeast, but they called to say they would be late and were very pleasant and efficient as they set up my furniture- even though they had to carry it up an entire flight of stairs to put it in place at 9:30 p.m.!

Note: Safety and environmental regulations prevent the carrier from transporting used packaging materials; as a result, delivery personnel are unable to remove and transport the cartons, crates or other packaging in which you’re ordered item(s) were delivered. The shipper will place all packaging in the location you specify at your home.
Furniture requires Special Handling to ensure that damages do not occur, this is the reason we prefer in-home delivery, which may take a little longer and cost a little extra, but your furniture is cared for by professionals and you are given the ability to inspect your furniture at the time of delivery.
Delivery dates are estimated in good faith, but are not guaranteed.
